This last walk was far too long to be sustained on a regular basis. But did demonstrate that in an emergency I could do the distance. This month i reduced work from 5 to 4 days a week so that i could start walking practices - made work much more enjoyable as i was working At Anglebury Court in Wareham two days a week and only two days a week at Avon View.
Total miles walked in September was approximately 87 miles. Distances are calculated by using a pedometer.
